Terms of Service Terms of Service All animals are guaranteed to be correctly sexed, feeding and healthy, and accurately match any description and pictures that are sent to the customer prior to shipping. Deposit of 25% is required to reserve all animals. The deposit is non-refundable unless we do not have or produce the ball python you requested. Our animals will only be shipped as weather permits. During extreme weather we will gladly care for your animals until shipping is feasible. Please inquire about payment plans that are available. If you have any concerns regarding your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. After 7 days; of the shipment arrival, we assume no further liabilities. Payment is due in full before shipment. We accept the following methods of payment at this time: Paypal, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or personal check. If you pay with a personal check, the check must clear before any shipment occurs.   We are certified to ship thru Fedex and Delta Dash. If you prefer one shipping carrier over the other, please specify with your order.
